Who is the pilot for?
Owners and teams running PGs, hostels and co-living properties in Bengaluru. RentalBee starts with property operations; public room search and booking are outside this pilot.
Does RentalBee collect rent for me?
The first release supports payments to the owner’s own UPI ID and manually recording money received. RentalBee does not hold your tenants’ rent.
Do tenants need another app?
No tenant mobile app is needed. The pilot’s app and management dashboard are for owners and property managers.
