Pilot terms
RentalBee is a pilot for PG owners and their property managers. It is free during the pilot.
Joining the pilot
Request early access to discuss your property. A request does not create an account or give immediate access to the service.
Keep records accurate
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the details they and their property managers enter, including tenant information, rent, payments and property records.
Owners make their own legal filings
Owners remain responsible for police verification and Form C filings that apply to their property and tenants. RentalBee records that these were done; it does not file them for you.
Tenant and owner details
The privacy notice describes what details RentalBee holds for the owner, who can see them and how to ask for a correction or deletion.
